SDO lauded for HR Excellence: FIRST CITY DIVISION in Region 3

Dr. Edgardo C.Cruz, Director II,Civil Service Commission – Bataan Field Office, awarded to Dr. Ronnie S.Mallari, Dr Roland M. Fronda and the other key personnel the CERTIFICATE of RECOGNITION for PRIME-HRM Maturity Level 2 during the awarding ceremony for the conferment of the PRIME-HRM at SDO Conference Hall on April 22,2021.Present during the face to face awarding ceremony were Dr.Mallari, Dr.Fronda, Dr.Del Rosario, Dr.Tablan, Mr. Yuzon, Mr. Cardinoza, Ms Tallorin and the Technical Working Group of the said event while the School Heads and othe SDO employees were at the Zoom witnessing the event. Dr. Mallari in his acceptance speech reiterated that he wants SDO to have a quality HRM systems and processes because he values the people very much. He continues to set sails for his people to DO more and BE more while Dr. Fronda emphasized that the PRIME- HRM is paving a way towards a better country through strengthening the quality of service and people. SDO received a certificate of recognition today and was challenged to get the BRONZE Awards for PRIME-HRM in the months to come. PRIME-HRM or Program to Institutionalized Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management is a mechanism to improve resource management, competencies, systems and practices toward HR excellence. There are four core HR Areas namely: Recruitment, Selection and Placement, Performance Management, Learning and Development and Rewards and Recognition. All these four areas surpassed the standards set by CSC and reached the Maturity Level 2 which means that DepEd Balanga City is on Process-Defined HRM, automation is being used to certain extent. There are only four levels of Maturity in the CSC PRIME-HRM.
