Developing leadership skills inside the classroom has been one of the major challenges of a facilitator particularly in the New Normal setting. However, there are variety of teaching principles that aids a facilitator in leading his or her class towards success. One of the model that could be utilized by a facilitator in managing his or her class is the use of Appreciative Inquiry Model.

            As a matter of fact, Leadership approach is imperative in handling a class and formulating strategic management praxis. In addition, with the appropriate leadership style and supervisory actions, working as a group becomes effective resulting to a great output. Nonetheless, over the years selecting the pertinent leadership design in a class setup had been a great challenge and issue in leading a class. For this reason, one of the most common model that highlights solution to leadership problems is the utilization of Appreciative Inquiry Model.

            Furthermore, according to Orr and Cleveland-Innes (2015), they pointed out that utilization of Appreciative Inquiry in leadership is unique among the leadership theories for both past and present. This characteristic also involves its strength-based tradition of looking for the best in individuals and organizations to solve existing and current problems. The role that Appreciative Inquiry plays in organizational innovation and transformation is highly recommended for everyone, especially in the management of education.

The City Schools Division of Balanga values leadership approaches as a vital aspect in the success rate of a school, specifically in the application of strategic management praxis and for effective collaboration between teachers and students as well.

            In like manner, it is indeed true that teaching, managing and leading students is a responsibility that can never be taken lightly in every way. It is a blessing that teachers are guided by principles that could enhance leadership skills in creating an environment that brings out the best among every learners. Along with weigh put upon the shoulders of the teachers is the opportunity to use Appreciative Inquiry Model as a tool for better educational outcomes and results outputs. It is through using the strength of the students as a solution to classroom problems.

            In summary, as a Professional Teacher, the principle behind Appreciative Inquiry is essential to the educational system, particularly in leadership management in every classes. It is inevitable that teachers faces great threat against failure of effective management.
